Treatments

Massage in the comfort of your home.

Far from being an indulgence, it is a requirement for your self-care.

Remedial

Remedial massage includes relaxation, deep tissue and additional techniques. It’s a specialised treatment to aid in the
rehabilitation of pain or injury. Promoting faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation. Speeding up recovery and helping to smooth out scar tissue.

Relaxation

Relaxation massage reduces stress, relaxes and loosens muscles, increases blood flow and stimulates the lymphatic system.
It can also improve mood, lower anxiety and improve sleep quality.

Pregnancy

Prenatal or Pregnancy massage can help you cope with the changes to your body that occur while you are pregnant. It can be especially useful to ease discomfort at a time when you can’t use some medicines or some other medical options.
Pregnancy massage is used to reduce swelling in the arms and legs and relieve muscle and joint pain.
Always talk to your doctor before you have a pregnancy massage, especially if:

  • you are in the first trimester
  • you have nausea, vomiting or morning sickness
  • you have a high risk pregnancy
